In 2017, Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility was named among the best in the state by US News & World Report. Of more than 15,000 skilled nursing facilities nationwide evaluated, nearly 2,300 nursing homes earned the designation as a US News 2017-2018 Best Nursing Home. Only 75 facilities in Massachusetts achieved this recognition.

Across all affiliates in Massachusetts, Integritus Healthcare has been named a winner of both the NRC Health Customer Approved and Employee Approved awards. Winning organizations are chosen based on customer and employee satisfaction from insights on family, resident, and employee survey ratings. This award recognizes Integritus Healthcare’s commitment and dedication to creating superior experiences for both residents and employees. Nationwide, only 20 organizations are selected for each category. Integritus Healthcare is 1 of 10 organizations chosen for both awards.

Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility received National Research Corporation’s 2016-2017 “Excellence in Action” award for both Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction, for the seventh straight year. This ranks Mt. Greylock among the top 10 percent nationally with respect to how highly residents and family members would recommend to others and employees would recommend as a place to work.
Top 7% of Facilities Nationwide in Patient Satisfaction
In 2016, positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey placed Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility among the top 7% in the nation for customer satisfaction for the eight year in a row.
Top 1% of Facilities Nationwide in Employee Satisfaction
In 2016, positive feedback on National Research Corporation’s My InnerView survey placed Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility among the top 1% in the nation for employee satisfaction. Mt. Greylock has ranked in the top 3% for seven straight years.
National Quality Award
American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Quality Awards – 2013 Silver – Achievement in Quality
Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility was one of only five centers in Massachusetts to earn a 2013 Silver Award. Only 62 facilities nationwide achieved this distinction in 2013.
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award is a progressive three-step process that encourages continuous learning and development of integrated quality systems to achieve performance excellence. Each progressive step requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of quality integration and performance. The criteria for each step is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program’s core values and concepts.
Silver – Achievement in Quality: Applicants who receive the Silver award provide an extensive assessment of their systematic approaches, performance measures, and sustainable organizational and process results that are linked to the key customer requirements, success factors, and challenges they identified in previously earning the Bronze – Commitment to Quality award.
